Kennedy Dunning attended Spelman College where she majored in Documentary Filmmaking and minored in Comparative Women’s Studies. Kennedy directs, writes, and edits documentary and narrative films. She spent her formative years in Carmel, Indiana, and spent her adolescence in Powder Springs, Georgia. Consequently, Kennedy considers herself to have the mind of a Midwesterner and the heart of a Southerner.
